About the RD 

Hello! My name is Maja, and I’m a Registered Dietitian and the founder of Blue Spoon Nutrition. I help busy adults build sustainable nutrition habits that support long-term weight management—without restrictive diets or all-or-nothing approaches. Food and nutrition have always been a passion of mine, and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I believe food should be both enjoyable and nourishing, and that lasting health comes from consistency—not perfection.

Blue Spoon Nutrition was created to support individuals who are tired of starting over and ready to build habits that actually last.
