Additional Information Initial Assessment This will be a 60-minute assessment. An in-depth nutrition analysis reviewing diet history, medical history, food intake, dietary restrictions and nutrition goals will be completed. We will review nutritional intake and adjust according to your nutrition goals. At the end of the assessment, we will create your own nutrition goals to meet their desired nutrition outcomes. Follow-up Assessments This will be 30-minute follow-up assessments. Each assessment will review current goals and adjust as you progress toward the desired nutrition outcomes. Diet Analysis A complete Nutritional Diet Analysis evaluating a 3-day food record. This will provide a nutrition report that we will evaluate and compare to Recommended Daily Allowances (RDAs) to optimize your nutritional intake. We will create nutritional recommendations to ensure macro- and micro- nutrients are optimal. Tracking Workbook A personalized workbook for you to track your progress and develop healthy habits aligned with the planned nutrition goals. Meal Planning Guide Easy to use guide to provide assistance with weekly meal planning to work toward desired nutrition goals. Meal Planning Recipe Book A recipe book with nutritionally balanced meals to aid in the meal planning process and desired nutrition outcomes. Meal Plan Customized meal plan with complete recipes & snack guide to ease the transition toward desired nutritional outcomes. Email Support Continual support for the duration of the program to ensure you are supported and progressing toward your nutrition goals.
