Banana & Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats

3 bananas, mashed

1 cups dark chocolate chips

5 tbsp flax meal

5 tbsp hemp hearts

3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in one large bowl. Mix together until all ingredients are combined.

  2. Scoop 1/2 cup of mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. With the measuring cup, gently press down each cookie to form the desired shape.

  4. In a 365F preheated oven, place the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Let the cookies cool and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
