Ingredients:
700g French beans
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup radishes, sliced
1/2 cup fresh garlic, chopped
1 cup raw walnuts, coarsely chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
Directions:
1. Wash and chop the French beans in half. Place into a steamer for 10-12 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a large saucepan, add the olive oil over medium heat. When the oil is heated, add the French beans and stir until all of the beans are coated.
3. Remove from heat and add radishes, garlic, walnuts and seasoning. Stir well.
4. Add the bean mixture to a large serving bowl and sprinkle the goat cheese.
5. Serve warm.
